Maintaining a healthy active lifestyle is more important than ever. Being active is essential to our mental and physical health. We are here to connect you with community fitness resources and help find new ways to stay active while adhering to public health regulations.

Mossa Fitness Classes have been offered at the Sportsplex for several years. Our members and patrons love and miss our positive and energetic Instructors. We want to bring your favourite Mossa classes to your home so we have partnered with Mossa Move to offer you a FREE 14-day trial to stream some of your favourite MOSSA fitness classes at home.
