The proposed enhancements at Webster Park may include playground replacement, a centralized shade structure with seating, accessible pathways and pedestrian crosswalks, passive open space, and tree planting.

The Webster Park project is proposed to proceed with design and public engagement in 2026, followed by construction in 2027. This phased approach will allow the Township to undertake public engagement before finalizing the design, helping to ensure that the future park layout and amenity mix reflect current community needs and priorities. The project will aim to improve the related landscaping and gathering space, as well as the removal of the existing baseball diamond.

  1. Based on site size, servicing requirements, and other technical considerations, this park is not a suitable location for a splash pad. The Township is currently evaluating other potential locations for future splash pad development.
  2. The proposed playground is being designed to accommodate children approximately 18 months to 12 years of age, providing a range of play opportunities for toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children.
